BioTrust Food Safety & Protection Training Program will provide food handlers with the knowledge and skills they need to safely handle, prepare, cook, and serve food for human consumption. Food safety training is essential in protecting customers from health risks to include, but not limited to, food poisoning and allergic reactions. Understanding the importance of safe food practices, personal hygiene, and proper cleaning and sanitization is imperative in the safety and protection of food.
BioTrust Food Safety & Protection Training Program will also prepare Food Handlers with the information needed to successfully obtain the British Virgin Island’s Food Handler Certificate.

BioTrust Water Quality Testing & Analysis provides chemical, physical, and biological analyses of water in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified methods and procedures. BioTrust Environmental Services provides routine sampling, testing and analysis of Drinking Water, Wastewater, & Recreational Water for various parameters such as:
pH ,Turbidity, & Chlorine
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids)
TSS (Total Suspended Solids)
Salinity
Bacteria
(Total Coliform, E. Coli, Fecal Coliform, Enteroccoci, Legionella, Pseudomonas)
